Physical Products We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Services The following guidelines apply to the hiring of services:

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the service, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. This is essential to avoid wasting time and effort for both parties.

Service Refund: If the work has already begun at the time of cancellation, we may not offer a full refund. We reserve the right to deduct amounts related to administrative fees, costs already incurred, or hours of work already dedicated to the project. The remaining amount will be refunded according to the original payment method.

Remember that returns of physical products must be sent to the following address: 93 New York Ave. Newark, NJ 07105.
If the return is accepted, we will send a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items Certain types of items and services cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Exchanges (Products) The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day reflection period of the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the return (or review the service cancellation request), and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.If approved, you will receive an automatic refund in the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
